No desire to nest yet
Any 3rd tri ladies have no desire to nest? I'll be 36 weeks on Tuesday and I still could care less about what gets done around the house. I tried all weekend to do stuff but had no motivation to do so. I've always been a procrastinator and worked best under pressure. Hopefully this isn't the case this time.

I think you are probably just tired from being so close to the end....is everything at least a little organized? If so, I wouldn't worry too much about it.

Things are organized but not... if that makes sense!
On Sat. friends are coming to help install moulding in the baby's room. So furniture will be delivered afterwards. Then I can arrange the nursery. I have an idea of how I want things so I am not stressing too much.
Our new television (I decided we needed a new 46 inch flat screen LCD tv last week!) will be delivered on Tuesday. We bought down our old entertainment center and 36 inch tv to the basement today and put together the new tv stand and DH's wardrobe.
I don't know... I thought I would be cooking and cleaning up a storm. I have zero desire to do so. I am tired, too.

well, I've been perpetually cleaning and 'nesting' for years.... obviously it's just my nature.
I never had an 'urge' during my last few weeks, though. I just kept to my original plan from months ago.... never did anything compulsive, and haven't gotten around to swiffering that kitchen floor in a while  (I'm usually better than that!)
so I say no nesting phenomenon for me......

Hollie, I had by c-section 5 days before my due date b/c of preeclampsia and I NEVER got the urge to nest.

I was JUST thinking about this this morning....I am also a procrastinator, and I work better under pressure as well. I remember it hitting with my son, so I am hoping it hits with this one too!

It started yesterday...big time....you can lick my floors they are so clean...I am taking Thursday off for a doc's appointment and to clean some more!!!
