Aruba on Tuesday!
DH and I are headed to Aruba for a belated 10 yr anniversary. We haven't taken a real vacation in years and we need it!
We're staying at the Divi Aruba, about which I've read great things everywhere (especially here).
We rented a jeep wrangler for a week. DH is kinda weird about cabs. He doesn't want to rely on someone else to drive us places. I gave in to that one. We'll go exploring on our own.
I did read that there was a drive-in theater, so that could be fun one night. Otherwise, we want to take it easy.
Any last minute advice or wisdom?

We stayed at the Tam (adjoining hotel) last year. You are going to love it!!! Have a great time.

Her picture is a bit creepy. But I know nothing more than that at the moment!
Thanks for the info, I'll defnitely check out that booklet this weekend!
Since the divi is all-inclusive, what would you tip for a drink? Would you give a $10 if you were going to be throwing a bunch of drinks back for a couple of hours? Or just do $1 a drink each time?

We just got back last week. Stayed at the Divi Golf Resort (across from the all inclusive). It was great!!!
We went to eat at El Gaucho (great steak) and also Windows on Aruba at the Divi Links overlooking the golf course.
You are going to have a great time- it is HOT down there right now.

We were just there in August...it was amazing.
Definitely go to Texas de Brazil, Madame Jeanettes and Smokey Joes for some good food.
It is the perfect place to simply relax for a change.

I know her from other aruba websites and she is just a weird. I don't know. She just annoys me

I stayed at the Tamarjin which is connected to the Divi, the Divi is so nice!! Have a great time!!
