1st DR.'s Appointment Tonight
My first OB appointment had been scheduled for 9/30/08, but they had a cancellation tonight and know that I need late nights so they asked me to come in Im soo excitd but so nervous at the same time.
I am only 6 weeks do you think that they will do an unltrasound already? And will I see anything?

yeah!!! Soo excited for you. I had my first Dr appt yesterday and they said I was exactly 6 weeks. They did a sono and I was able to see and hear the baby heartbeat. They also took a lot of blood... Ugh! All those tests I guess. Have fun.

Did your DH go with you? I told mine to come because I wasn't sure what they were going to do, and If they do do an ultrasound then I want him there.

I had a sono at my first appt, we saw the heartbeat and they took blood, my DH did come with me, maybe call now and ask if they will be doing a sono

Yup... he was there. It was great b/c we saw the sono together. Plus, it helped b/c I'm not good with needles so he held my hand the whole time when they were taking blood.

yeah! You will have an internal and you will get to see the heart beat!
