I know Things remembered does but I believe u have to buy their items.

You can bring it to Things Remembered. My mom's a manager there. They have a carry in fee, I think it's pretty cheap though.

That's probably because it was christmas and they get really overloaded with engraving their own stuff, much less outside stuff. You shouldn't have a problem now though.
Your best bet is to the call the store first and ask. My mom has never turned anyone down though.
