have u ever had anything done to improve your body??

i often wonder, as i get older and things start to sag (LOL) if i would?? im scared though of the dr. making some horrible mistake

I have not have anything done. I dont know if I ever could. We'll see what happens in the next 30 years!

nope and probably never will. If I ever got the nerve though I would love a boob lift eventually (after kids and a few more years of aging). I have big boobs as it is, I cannot imagine post-children what they will look like!A few friends have had this after their children and it makes a HUGE difference in the way you look.

Breast reduction, 2 1/2 years ago. BEST DECISION I EVER MADE. Not only did it improve my body, it improved my whole self-image. I was a much happier person after Aug 29, 2003

I had my bunions removed, if that counts. Otherwise, no sense in putting new headlights on a rusty old car. I often think of it too.

I also had breast reduction in 2000- same as Shorty, I thank god everyday I had it done. I also plan to "lift" them when they need it.

I have some friends who have had nose jobs. An aquaintance (who is a few years older) had a breast enlargement and a tummy tuck.

ETA: Oh botox- all my single friends over 32 do that- even some o f the married ones.

- breast enlargement
- tummy tuck
- lipsuction
- botox

I get chemical facial peels every few weeks. I'd be afraid of anything more invasive.

I never did, but I would get a breast lift. I have pretty big ones so I can only imagine how they are going to look after I have children.

I am too much of a chicken sh!t to have any elected surgeries.

Never have but I would.

Someday I will probably get a tummy tuck. Not cause I have a pooch, but to cut out the stretch marks.

However the breast reductions I agree with. Its not necessarily for cosmetic reasons.

considering botox. i have to speak w/ the dermatologist but i think that insurance might cover it.

I never have done anything...and I don't think I would ever do anytning to change my body. It's so not me, cause I would be really, really afraid. Not only of the surgery..but the recovery...

I had a couple of chemical peels before my wedding and will do another one in a few weeks.

I was considering Restylane (a filler similar to Collagen but it's composed of a natural acid found in your skin) for the deep smile lines from my nose to my mouth and might get it done in the future. A lady I work with had it done and it looked great. She also had Botox injections, but I wouldn't do it. The idea of injecting a poison freaks me out.
