Prenatal Yoga
I would love to find a prenatal yoga class. I am on the south side of Suffolk. Any recommendations?

I'm in the process of looking for one too, but I'm in the city.  I'm trying to find one near my work building so I can go right from here and not have to go home first.
I hope you find one.  It's supposed to be soooo good for us.

I live on the Nassau/Suffolk border in Amity Harbor. I'd LOVE to meet up with some of you for the baby yoga.

I found one in East Islip, but classes are either at 11 or 4:30 which does not work for me. They offer private classes that we can split. I have two other gals that are interested, let me know if you are too, and we maybe we can arrange a class if we get enough people.

there is one is port washington - ome sweet ome.. not a help to the south suffolk ladies...
i would call a regular yoga studio/gym and ask.. my instructor told me i can do regular yoga with my own limitations... you know youre body the best..
so i go to my gym and do reg yoga - its funny how this belly is already in the way!!

Prana in St. James has one on Thursdays at 5:30pm. I take several classes there (prenatal and non) and they're all great.

there is a place right on montauk over by you, im right up the road, i dont know for sure what its called but i have the number..its right in a small lil strip of stores, youve passed it a thousand times!!!
Im gonna call tomorrow, and see if they do it, if they do, there seem to be a few of us in that area!! Lets do it!!

I have been meaning to call them to ask them when the classes are. I used to go a lot for the reformer classes, but it just got so expensive. They are all so nice at Prana.
