Dr. appt this AM and update on my crampiness
I am sooo happy to report that my BP went DOWN. It was coasting at 130/80 and then 130/90 for 3 weeks  and is now 110/70 today  I feel much better about that!
last night my BH cramps continued. I even tried timing them. they were totally BH, not real labor. the timing was eratic, and changing positions frequently would stop them for a little while.
today, I had a biophys assay and it showed really mild but regular contractions. the OB said they could go on for weeks, so it's not like labor is imminent.... BUT, I asked her to check me and I'm starting to efface, and I'm 1cm dilated  .... so there's SOMETHING going on down there, and Scone IS debating making his exit some time in the next couple weeks.
A very good Dr. visit indeed

 sure do, buddy! I DO have to make sure DH has it programmed into HIS phone... becuase, I'll be a tad indisposed at the time 
yeah, it's surreal that I have to start thinking about stuff like that. My OB gave me a card this morning that I have to give to L&D when the time comes (with my blood type, and the fact I don't have diseases WXY and Z)....
it's really getting close

somehow I suspect it WILL be.... while yesterday I had continual BHs, today it's rather quiet. there are very low level regular contractions, but it took the biophysical assay to detect them! I feel almost NONE of them....
She said that could go on for days or even weeks... and 1cm dilated is not much at all.... but as we all know, that can change at any time...
my ob said 'call me when you feel like you were hit by a car ' mental note made!
so no, I won't be joining you in L&D tomorrow! (I still can't believe tomorrow you'll be a mom )
