Please help me find a shirt.
I have a pair of black wide leg dress pants that I wanted to attempt to wear with a pair of gold pumps. What color shirt would you go with? I was thinking something with gold accents.
These are the shoes
I picked up this sweater in this color and cream...both have gold buttons. I'm just not sure if I really like the sweater though

I originally wanted to wear a dress but of course I just got a huge cut on my shin so I want to cover it up.
I've never worn gold shoes before so i'm not sure what they would go with.

Just wanted to say the shoes are GORGEOUS! 
That sweater is very nice too and would totally go...
I think you can get away with pretty much ANY kind/color top... I think gold shoes are pretty neutral overall!

Ok based on that I would say the sweater is fine, or if not I would go with some sort of top in a dressier fabric, like a silky/charmeuse fabric, but in any color--jewel tones are always nice and classy.
Maybe something like this:

What about a frilly white top with a skinny gold belt to match the shoes?
(i'd do a black bag)
they have frilly tops at ann taylor loft
