Hey everyone! So I have been MIA........
Sorry I have been MIA for a while.
I have just be very angry lately over everything. I thought I would step away and clear my head.
In doing so I was thinking of seeing a counselor or therapist. Does anyone have any recommendations for someone in Suffolk County.
I am also going for a second opinion at Cornell. I have an appointment with Dr. Kang.
TIA

Welcome back If the reason you are seeking therapy stems mainly from the IF struggle...I would recommend Harriet Rovner-Ferguson. My husband and I saw her before we started our IF treatments. It was mandatory from our RE that we go at least once to a counseling session with her and I really found her very helpful.

I definitely recommend seeing Gail Michele of Access Counseling. She is located in Hauppauge. She is WONDERFUL, you will never find someone who makes you feel as comfortable and safe as her. I know the machine at her office was down today (I had to call) so if you run into that problem, try for the next day or two...I am sure its a phone company issue.
Her number is:
631-361-7065 (mailbox # 1)
Good Luck as she really helped me work about my anger and sadness issues about infertility.
