Need PIO help soon
What guage needle does DH need to stick me with? Do I need to draw it out with a different size needle? I remember something about it but cant remember now. This whole thing just bites

The gauge was the same, but the syringes came with a single needle along with them. My DH would twist off the needle that came on the syringe, replace it with the one that came NOT on a syringe (I think it was pink), drew up the PIO, then twisted the pink one off and put the original one back on.
Did that make sense?

Ok....so the pink is a 18g needle. The one that comes with the syringe is 22g and a bit smaller....right?

I don't recall the gauge numbers (I can check when I go upstairs in a little while), but the pink one was fatter/thicker to draw up the PIO and the one that comes on the syringe already is thinner.

Use the 18gauge to draw and the 22 gauge to inject.
