Low Iron
ok to add to my many hurdles of pregnancy, i now have low iron (well borderlinish low) i was told to take Slow FE but...... i still puke up my prenats and even when i take whole flintstone vits. its usually the iron that makes women sick from prenats so i am extrememly scared to take 50mg or so or iron from slow FE....... my question - - - did anyone seriously increase iron w/ diet and not need iron supps? I am going to attempt but wanted to hear any of your experiences. TIA

Re: Low Iron
I am taking SLO FE also, its time released during the day so its not liek you are getting on big dose. Hasn't bothered me at all, I am ok with my prenatals, i take them before bed, and i take my iron in the morning.
