Help!
My DS is 6 weeks old and he mostly falls asleep with the sound of the blow dryer. Are there any sound machines that someone can recommend to provide white noise instead of me standing in the bathroom like a fool every night?

The Sharper Image white noise machine is fantastic!! I'm not a mom, but my DH is a snorer and this is the only way we survive some nights. It was the best $100 I ever spent!!!

There are some baby mobiles and machines that make white noise. I even saw a CD in BRU that is nothing but white noise. You can play it in a CD player next to where he sleeps.

the hairdryer also calms my son down when he is crying, but he doesnt need it to fall asleep.. good luck!

I have some white noise cd songs from a cd I have. If you want to FM me you email address I can try to email them to you and you can burn them to a cd. My son use to sleep to rain sounds or the heartbeat when he was little. I think blow dryer is one of the sounds.
