At what point is enough, enough??????

The swelling in my legs is OUT OF CONTROL!!!!!!! It's now moved up into my thighs. I can barely bend at my joints, my skin is SO tight, I'm dying over here. And I know it's a massive amount of water retention as I've gained 6lbs from just Fri. to this past Tuesday!!!!! God knows how much more I've gained since Tues now. This cannot be healthy!!!!

I'm swollen, I'm exhausted, I'm in the bathroom constantly (#1 and #2), I'm huge, I'm nauseous a lot throughout the day, I'm sick of GD and having to eat stupid protein all day long.................I've had enough!!!!!!! The only good news in this is that it's not pre-eclampsia as my urine and blood pressure are all great.

I have my 38w1d appt. tomorrow and I'm going to beg like a crazy lady to have my induction date moved up from 9/24 to 9/17. I don't see why at 39 weeks we just can't get this baby out............what's another week going to gain me except more misery and a huge baby!!! The baby was already 8lbs a week and a half ago, I'm sure it will be at least 9lbs (if not more) on Tues. when I have the biophysical again. At least if they will induce me next week I stand a chance of having this baby vaginally..........another week and it will almost be a guaranteed C-section.

Sorry to rant, I'm just so unhappy and so miserable. I feel disgusting in my own body at this point and I just can't take being pregnant anymore. It's so hard and I can't see hanging in there for another 2 weeks. I'm just miserable!!!!!!

I'm sorry you're going through this...I hope your appointment goes well tomorrow. Feel better (though I know that this is easier said than done).

ugh, right there with you, as you know...

my feet are literally burning now I seriously can't take it anymore either.

when I spoke to the OB today, he said that the only way to alieviate swelling is to raise the body part above your heart. sitting with your feet on an ottoman is no better than standing....

so tonight, I'm going to bed very early with giant pillows under my feet.

we WILL make it to the end... there's a light at the end of this tunnel... Scone-move towards the light!!!!!

Oh my gosh, hang in there. How miserable. I dread nauseau coming back. Beg away for an early date, that is what i would do. One week doesnt make a difference at this point. Please keep us posted

I'm sorry you are going through this, hopefully your doctor will move up the induction date!

You poor thing!! I'm so sorry! I really hope your Dr. agrees to move up your induction!!
