Stupid Question, but please help..
Hi,
My WONDERFUL, BEAUTIFUL SISTER (I hope she reads this, LOL), threw me the nicest, most amazing "SPRINKLE" this past weekend. She did not miss at trick. :))
She had gotten a really beautiful diaper cake for me. My question is, I don't want to touch it, it is so pretty.. Am I suppose to use those diapers? I mean of course they would come in handy, but I feel by using them, I am destroying a memory.... :(
If I decide to use them, I guess I can take a picture of the diaper cake.
What do you all think?? i Know thye are meant to be used, I think... LOL

well, what else would you do? hold onto a giant diaper cake? it would only end up taking up 1/2 a closet!
definitely use the diapers. take pictures and then deconstruct. it's like a bouquet of flowers... it has it's time, and then it must go

Awe, thank you girls. I feel so guilty taking it apart, but I know it would be silly to not use them and also the space thing..
Good analogy, re: the flowers.. Makes me feel better to think of it that way! :)

My sis didnt use the one she got for her dds baby shower back in the day.. but I think they are decoration at first but defiantly meant to be used. Diapers are exspensive.. youll want to use.

ditto. I was the same way with my towel cake, but eventually I needed to take it apart and use the actual towels
