Is it normal
to still have some cramping at 13 Weeks? Its always my lower abdomen.

yes. I think cramping throughout the pregnancy is normal

Yes. Its just your body making room for the baby by stretching things out. I had cramping all through the first trimester and then on and off throughout the 2nd.

The cramping in some form or another never really ends. It's ok.
