Dissapointing 39 week appt.
No change....still a fingertip...he wanted to strip my membranes but couldnt b/c I wasnt dilated enough!!!!
I am depressed.....I cant take it anymore....
I lost 4 lbs...
Help what can I do to speed things up!!!!!!

weight stabilization (or loss) is supposed to be an early labor sign!
