What do hiccups feel like??
I think my little one is having one right now.....how can you tell they are hiccups??

It feels like a very soft, repetitive thumping in the same spot. Sometimes they last a minute or two, sometimes longer.

it feels like a repetitous bubbling in your stomach almost like a rhythmic feeling

Soft thumps in the same area over and over again. DD had them every day sometimes 3x a day while in my belly!! Now that she's here, she still gets them 3-4x a day.

just wait until you are 9 months - it's not so "soft" anymore!! 
but that's totally what they feel like... DS has them right now!

It feels like little spams to me. They're very rhythmic and in the same spot. DS's lasts for a minute or 2.
