Sharp pains
I am about 9 weeks and have had consistent cramping/stretching since BEFORE my BFP. Both doctors said it was normal, and to keep hydrated (which I am). Today, I am getting occasional knife like (sharp) shooting pains in my lower pelvis/uterus area. Did anyone else experience this? Is it something I should be concerned about?

I got this throughout my first trimester with both pregnancies. It's due to hormonal changes as well as stretching.

It was unnerving the first time around because I NEVER got cramps before AF- and I had them as sson as I got my BFP. In fact. they were one of my first "symptoms" that I might be pg with #2.

Yes. I had my entire first trimester and even in the beginning of my second. Don't stress it.

Me too-I actually had pretty much daily cramping until about 16 weeks. I wish this is something Dr's would tell us. If you have cramping with spotting that is something to call your Dr about. I was pretty surprised at the intensity of some of the cramps I had

I had a lot of sharp pains/cramps around 9 or 10 weeks too. It's normal.
