bouncers- did you notice how crappy they are now?

I cant believe how flimsy they are these days!!!! I couldnt bring myself to purchasing 1 today. 2 years ago I had purchased 2 eddie bauer ones, my DD really beat up 1 so had to throw out and the other one is at grandma's well- they dont make them the same anymore, so I will be using the one my mom has thank goodness it is practically brand new!
I am shocked though the quality of every single one I saw at BRU.

I didn't like any they had either. I ended up getting the Maclaren Bouncer. It is made very well. It costs a little more but it is worth it for the quality.

I have the Zanzibar Bouncer made by Sassy. It's pretty sturdy and my DS loves it.

We got the baby bjorn bouncer... I think it's probably the most expensive one but it DEFINITELY will last years and even accommodates toddlers.

Its a different style than most... it has no batteries or movement of its own. the baby's movement makes it gently bounce. But most babies love the thing, at least as far as I can tell for customer reviews.

We got the Combi Pod Bouncer & she loves it. I like that my iPod connects to it.
