pineapple
is it true that pineapple helps with implantation? i am trying to read up on foods that 'help' one to be on their way to getting a BFP and i read that pineapple helps.
is this true?
any other foods i should be eating during a certain time?

I've heard that too. I ate fresh pineapple after my transfer at got a BFN. So who knows  It can't hurt.

there is an enzyme in pineapple core called bromelain that is said to help with implantation and reduce inflammation of the uterus
you can also buy bromelain at GNC

Yeah, I've heard that as well- it's the actual pineapple core. I ate it (  ) and it wasn't as good as the pineapple itself but I did manage to get pregnant--- (maybe I didn't eat enough of it  )- sorry, my humor is a little off right now.
