the consumer product safety commission is warning comsumers about the simplicity close-sleepers/bassinets
www.cpsc.gov
i am pretty sure that my rainforest pack-n-play is made by simplicty and now it's not on the BRU website 
i am not sure if i should try and return it or see if anything else comes out about this company...

It seems that the company was sold at auction and the new company feels its not responsible for products previously manufactured by Simplicity...I don't know if its legal, but its not really all that ethical if you ask me!

it's not one of the bassinets subject to the recall, it's just made by the same company.
i am just annoyed that all of a sudden it's not even on the BRU website anymore

ah, didn't know that.
that is bullsh!t. i suppose it's legal but if they were subject to a lawsuit how fast would they settle?
