Birth Announcements?
Do you order those in advance and then call them with the info/picture or just wait until the baby gets here?

I believe that most people wait until the baby arrives. At least, that is what I'm gonna do. Did you find any ones you love on a particular website?

You can buy the envelopes now and get them ready ie stamped addressed. That is what I did with DS and will do again with this baby. It saved soo much time.
And then when DS was born, I just sent them the photos and his information and they sent them to me. All I had to do was seal up the envelope.

Usually the date of birth, weight and other stats are on the card, so it has to be after the birth.... but I AM tempted to get the envelopes ahead of time.
Frankly, I may just resort to label makers and type all the info into a template and take care of it that way.. .then the envelope thing isn't necessary.
ours will be a simple letterpress card with a sheep and a wallet photo inserted in the envelope. (I like old-school photo albums and stationary... can you tell?)
