Kinda sad....
DH cant make it to the most important appointment for IVF this week, how to inject myself He is CRAZY busy at work and has been trying to figure things out to try to get out of work early to come with me but its not going to happen. Im worried cause he has to learn how to give me injections. Im going to be bringing my mom with me so atleast i have another set of eyes to learn. Will he be missing out on a lot for the 1st REAL appointment?

Re: Kinda sad....
I know it's not the same as having your DH there for support but if you look on YouTube, or I think even on the freedom pharmacy website, they have video tutorials on how to give injections.

Re: Kinda sad....
If your DH has to give you any shots, have him practice on an orange first. That's what my DH did. He saw the video and was there when the nurse went through it all but he was still nervous. As was I!!
I felt a lot better after he had some target practice on the orange!!!

Re: Kinda sad....
My practice did not offer injection classes, so I sort of went into it without much knowledge at all. Some women on here recommended youtube, and it was a life saver! Both DH and I watched the videos (numerous times) and it helped a ton! Definitely dig around on the internet and see what you can find!
GL!
