What sick person could do this?!  And it's even more disturbing that people who hurt animals usually wind up hurting people. I hope they find this sick b@stard.

i started reading and my eyes welled up with tears.... its so sad that there are people that can have no remorse and physically hurt harmless and helpless animals

THis is why it is so vital to do Trap neuter release.
If you see any stray or feral cats in your neighborhood, please trap them and get them fixed. There are so many places that offer low cost fixing.
