Possible silly question about how far along you are...
Okay, this *might* be the dumbest question that has been asked on here.
Someone asked me today, "how far along are you?" and I told her 18 weeks.
I always tell people in weeks, how far along I am. So, she asked me how many months that is and I froze.
If I'm 18 weeks, am I in my 4th month? Or my 5th month? This could be THE biggest "baby brain moment" that I've had thus far.

Not dumb at all. I would say "I'm 4 and 1/2 months," or "I'm in my 5th month." Both are correct.
