Re: when to register?

I think you are I are due pretty close together... And from what I have seen on here, a lot of people register after their Level IIs.

We are not finding out what we are having-- so, we have started to do some research and make some rounds at the stores to familiarize ourselves with products.

I am also not having a shower-- so, I guess there is no rush-- just, really to be anal and get it done.

I already started online registries for some stuff we definitely want.

Re: when to register?

I started researching everything around 12 weeks...We went at 16 weeks to register but waited until we found out we were having a boy to pick out or bedding and some of the bigger things. You will end up changing your registry a bunch of times, so there is no harm in starting to research things and registering soon, you can do a lot of it online after you have gone to the stores to see everything. Have fun!

We did it at 12 weeks after the results of our Ultra Screen came back!! Chat Icon We weren't finding out what we were having BUT even if we had........I wanted everything very neutral. Not a big fan of the pink and blue.

Re: when to register?

I started registering at 18.5 weeks. I already had a fully anatomy scan and wasn't having a Level II. We didn't find out the sex so I registered for gender neutral items. I've keep adding more stuff online, but I still need to go back to the store and check a few things out. I'm 22 weeks. I hope to be finished in the next week or two.

Re: when to register?

I hate the registry gun.... so I started registries online (amazon and BRU) right after my ultrascreen results came back. I kept the whole thing quiet and just kept logging in and changing stuff as I continued to research items and read reviews....

I didn't have close to a final draft until about 22 weeks! And I STILL kept changing stuff until yesterday (changed the pacifiers Chat Icon )

I'm a dork.

I do recommend you do a running draft for a long time, since my first choices were straight across the board replaced with different items over time....

At 16 weeks--right after I had my first anatomy scan. We also knew we were having a girl at that point.
