Feeling Tired
I don't know what's going on with me today, I've been exhausted all day long!!!!!!!! I went to bed around 11 last night, Woke up about 7 this morning.
I 've been feeling extremely tireed, I even took a nap for about 3 hours!!! (I NEVEER take naps, only do if I'm sick) I'm afraid I'm coming down with something, I don't feel like myself, I have zero energy. Anyone else has had a day like this lately???? I don't know if this is a pregnancy related fatigue or not....

I was exhausted throughout my first trimester and part of the second trimester. It's normal.

Definitely normal...I would suggest drinking lots of liquids..that usually helps me.

I think it's par for pregnancy. Lately, I feel like I could sleep all day and still be tired. Growing a baby is hard work!

that is totally pregnancy related fatigue!!
it is completely normal! some experience mild and others need 16 sleep.
for me, i was passed out on the couch by 930pm every night. some days, i would have to close my eyes for 15 minutes at work... and on the weekends, if i did a lot of running around, i would def. have to take a nap.
i promise you will get your energy back.
i am 21 weeks and around week 19 i started staying up till 1130/12.
it def. gets better!
