You know....
.... there could be a fortune to be made by anyone who opened a BRU/Target/BBB style store that actually had:
1. an easy and flexible return policy
2. an online registry that didn't have glitches
3. great customer service
Anyone want to open one??

Re: You know....
I have to say, I just returned some things that were NOT on my registry last night. This is how they did it, they scanned the registry, and if something was bought as an 'extra' with something on the registry, they can trace it.
So as long as your guests scan the registry, they can track it-even if you didn't ask for it.
It really wasn't that bad.

Re: You know....
also it would be nice if when they put back a returned item on the shelf they make sure its not broken or used before.. So many times i had to bring back things b/c of these reasons.. so gross.
