wow time is going fast.

headoverheels thread.. had me thinking..
about the day I was in labor with my dd, the entire delivery room (dh, doc, nurses) was staring at the tv watching the mets play.. I kept having to scream for help when it was time to push.. b/c no one was paying attention.
I just realized baby #2 is due 2/15.. right around Super Bowl.. God help me I go into labor that day.. Im really in for it.

My baby is due right before Labor Day which is when DH was scheduled to go to his Fantasy Football draft in Austin, TX. Do I think he will be focused on the birth? Lord only knows. Very tough call if you know my DH - I feel your pain.

 do you know the sex of your child? If its a boy.. I dont think youll stop hearing it.

i am due on 9/8. the giant's first game is the previous thursday, 9/4. all the others games start on 9/7. of COURSE the labor and delivery room has a huge flat screen TV. good luck getting my DH to focus on anything but that game.
maybe i can get my doctor to schedule an induction a bit early

That tv is a killer!!! I really think its meant more for DHs than us.. Im telling you if I was able to I would have through my shoe at the tv.. I had to go into labor on a day the mets were playing... plus it was when they were on a winning streak... People were just sticking their heads into the room to ask the score!!! And there I spread eagle straight at the door.. talk about loosing all sense of shame.. I could probable go run the streets butt naked right now and that wouldnt phase me.

Why do you think my TV and surround sound was set up so quickly and efficiently. Ed is going to be home for 2 weeks with me and he HAS to be entertained between diaper changes.

If there is a tv in the room...cant you just request that it stay off...please say so...because I just might rip someones head off if they are watching the superbowl and not my vajayjay ..I'm due around that time too and didn't even think about that
