Sharp shotting pain in my pelvis..
Since about 6pm I have been feeling a sharp shotting pain on the left side of my pelvis. For about an hour, now I feel it on the right and left. I am guessing that things are continuing to stretch/spread in preparation for labor.

I know this sounds bad, but I am so glad you are having this too! I actually looked it up online today because I don't think they are Braxton Hicks contractions, and I don't think they are ligament pains. I guess it's stretching.
Although I did call my dr. about it a couple of months ago when it first happened, and she said that it was possible the baby was leaning on a nerve. Either way, she assured me that it was nothing to worry about as long as the pain was not rhythmic. The pain lasts for a while though (like a half hour) and it does switch sides. Hope you feel better
