quick - BM question!
I've read that freshly pumped BM is good for 7 hours not refridgerated...my friend disagrees...
If I pumped @ 8:15 and it was out until 10 then put in the fridge is it OK? Also, I tried to give it to him in a bottle but he wouldn't take it...can I still use it?

From 8:15 till 10 is fine. Just put it in the fridge or freeze it, whtever you usually do.
If you tried to give him some expressed BM and he wouldn't take it/finish it, you can pop it in the fridge and use it again later today but I wouldn't keep it for tomorrow. It happens to us to and as long as he drinks the remaining BM by end of the day, it's fine.

I agree! We have done this before as well. It is fine, especially because you didnt heat it up.
