Eyeliner that won't smudge!
I feel like I have tried everything, but I am looking for an eyeliner that won't smudge and end up with me having racoon eyes. I wear contacts if that makes any difference.
I can use a brush, so I am open to pencils, powder, gels....

I recently got a liquid eyeliner that stays put so much better than pencils or gels. Have you tried liquid?

I find liquid works best for me, b/c once it dires,it's dry. Pencils run more on me.
I use Physicians Formula Eye Definer Felt-Tip Eye Marker
It was recommended here, and it's easy to use.

Try Chanel's eyeliner. it's not a pencil or pen, it's more like a pencil but you twirl the top to get to the pencil.

Bobby Brown makes an amazing eye gel that really stays put. At first I was afraid of using a brush but now that I've gotten the hang of it, I'm addicted to it. I'll never go back to pencil.

Another vote for Bobbi Brown's gel eyeliner. It really doesn't smudge and there are some really nice colors.
