OK I give up

I'm trying to be on top of my next cycle at Cornell, but trying to stay calm about it. So, I have been waiting to get my LH surge. Had the b/w yesterday, got my results about an hour ago. Looks like surge was yesterday. So, I call the co-culture scheduler, she's out of the office today, but will be back tomorrow. So, I then call my IVF nurse who is out until the 20th. I mean the other one is out on Maternity leave. I am a little annoyed b/c why didn't she say something last week when I was talking to her. I didn't order my meds b/c i was waiting to confirm the co-culture. If that doesn't happen I cannot start my cycle next week. OK, I have enough meds to start me off, but I don't have the estrogen patch (the first thing I will be doing). They use a different brand than the one I used last cycle. And then I'm told to leave a message in the Nursing teams mailbox, but they tell you in the message to only leave a message if its an emergency. I hung up and then called back to leave a message. You know I thought I had this running pretty smooth and it just goes to show you that sh*t like this happens all the time.

I'm so annoyed. I just needed to vent. Lets see if they call me back. And I realized too that it takes a few days for the pharmacy to go through. I was stupid for waiting. First mistake.

I did and they sent me to the mailbox that told me to only leave a message if it was an emergency that needed to be solved today. Any other suggestions? I did leave a message, so I'm hoping for a call back.

Um...ok...panic is over. They just called. And everything is going in fine. Meds are being ordered as we speak. Avery will help me tomorrow with the scheduling...etc.... thanks for listening to my ranting and ravings.

It's frustrating...I know they have a ton of patients cycling but each patient cycling - this is our LIFE and probably the most important thing going on at the moment...I'm glad you got an answer
