Need advice....
I have a family engagement party to go to this weekend for one of my cousins (my ENTIRE family will be there from my Mom's side). Not everybody in my family knows about my pregnancy yet and I'm sure there will be some questions because I have definitely put on weight (which I've never had a problem with in the past) and am starting to show my baby bump (it's even bigger this week at 14 weeks).
I certainly DON'T want to make a big announcement at my cousins party!!! It's HER day....so how do I get around all the questions and people wondering if I'm pregnant? Also, the family knows I'm recently divorced...so, how in the world do I explain this to my family with a little tact???
Any ideas? I'm thinking that's I'll just stay quiet, and if word gets around (from the few people that do know), I'll be more than happy to answer some questions in private, but without taking away from my cousins bridal moments. Does this make the most sense??
Thanks in advance for any words of wisdom!!!

oh boy that is hard...but you know that people are going to notice there is no way to hide a 14 week bump but you cant help the way people are going to react but as courtesy to your cousin I wouldnt say anything but if word gets out then it is out of you hands and not your fault hope everything goes OK

That's what I would do. People can ask you personally if they want to but there is no need to make a big announcement. If there is someone who is going to be there who might make a big deal about it, you may want to call them ahead of time to tell them.

Not an easy situation to be in. I think you're being very polite to wait in making your announcement. It sounds like you have a good plan on how to deal with the situation! XOXOXO BOTB
