When I design an announcement I usually put the baby's name, birth date, weight, time of birth. Then I also put the parents names and if there are any siblings, those as well.

You could also say the X family is proud to announce the arrival of
baby Girl X Date Weight etc

We welcome with love our new daughter X
Date of birth Weight Length
Parents names at bottom

Yep, this is what I usually do unless asked to do something else.
