Honestly, if you're not ready to share exactly what's going on right now, just write back and tell her you've been sick (make something up) and that you truly appreciate her concern and that if/when you need to talk, you will definitely come to her. I'd keep it short and sweet but express how much it means to know that she's there for you!!

I would be vague. You were tired, you had a late night, you've been busy and its catching up on you
Its really nice that she emailed you, but there's no need to explain everything and I often find that being vague helps
