eyebrow threading < $10 near Mineola

I'm in the Mineola/Westbury area and looking for a place that does good threading for less than $10. I go to the kiosk in The Source, and she's fine, but I feel like $10 is a lot for 2 minutes worth of work... I see some people talking about places that do it for $5ish

Anyone know of a good place?

I go to Yaffa at The Cutting Edge Salon on Willis Ave.
She's about $10 but I won't let anyone else touch these brows! So worth the $$.

I believe eyebrow is $5-6....i get eyebrow, sideburns, and chin for $18. I know I'm a beast...

ETA: I work on Old Country Road by Barnes and Noble...and I go and come back within my 1 hour lunch.

The salon is on the left.

If you are going North, pass over IU Willets, Waldbaums is on the right, keep going, pass the Dunkin' on the left and when you see Link clothing, it's next door. Salon is called The Cutting Edge.

I would suggest making an appointment b/c it's a salon too & I'm not sure of her hours. She is not in on Sundays.

Try Rani. There is one on Hillside Ave in New Hyde Park and on Old Country Road across from the source. It is like $7 for eyebrows

Can recommend a good and cheap place.. but they are in Glen Oaks.

Mehndi Salon- a hole in the wall place. But love how they do my brows.
Brows are 4.00 and upper lip is 3 bucks.
