did anyone use OPKs successfully to get Pregnant, and if so when should i start using them??

I used them for one cycle...and happened to get pregnant that cycle.
I started using them at day 9 and I think the line showed up for me on day 15...I know that I started using it early, but I didnt want to miss it and was unsure when the surge was going to be.

I used digitals for one cycle and it worked for us. I followed the guidelines in the package for when I should start testing.... even though I O'ed later than I suspected, I didn't run out.
