What should I do?

Wheatgrass (where do I even get that?)

Definitely trying acupuncture...

Eating super healthy....

I was even thinking of trying to switch my prenatal vitamin brand...my mom is convinced this has something to do with it.

Any other tips?

I'm not sure what else wheatgrass does aside from helping with your FSH levels.

I'm a huge advocate of acupuncture, if you can, do it. Check IVF Connections, there were some RMA ladies there that really like a particular acupuncturist down by where you live.

I know protein is supposed to improve egg quality. I drink a chocolate protein shake from GNC every morning and it doesn't taste bad-not that I have anything to show for it though.

Try acupuncture. I know a few women who have had wonderful success with it after failed IVF.

Also, my acupuncturist recommended raspberry leaf tea, blood nourishing foods like red meat, cherries, raspberries, cherries, beets..etc. She also recommended eggs, seeds, nuts. I also cut out most dairy. Milk and dairy products for the most part have hormones and have been treated with antibiotics.

I haven't done IVF yet, but I'm also eating a lot more organic. I read Julia Indichova books and have adopted some of what she used to help her have a baby naturally. Hey, it can't hurt right?

When I got my high FSH report I cried and drank for a few days and then started some of these things right away.

The wheatgrass helped with FSH I'm sure but overall it's organic. It's like getting 5 serviings of veggies in one shot.

Try some of it, try whatever you are comfortable with. In Julia's book she goes vegan and all organic. I couldn't do that.

Yea I have a few PCOS books that I paged through but now I will read cover to cover.

Michelle - yes I think I know the acu. you mean, in Somerset. I'm going to start once we get a new schedule going...

Also, protein shakes - you know the Vivanno ones from Starbucks ain't half bad! I like the chocolate banana. But I have to see if there's a GNC nearby bc I love their PB / banana.

Just to add to the acu and diet change:

I'm also doing a chinese herb to help my egg quality (I have no idea what it is) given to me by my acupuncturist and eating a high fiber diet (trying to stay away from high sugar carbs), I'm taking fish oil supplements and there are tons of other stuff like CQ10 and Royal Jelly (though I am not taking these yet). If you go to see an acupuncturist they will tailor these supplements to your body and your needs.

I have no idea if its going to help. I've been doing all this since March (about 5 months). Well see how the 3rd IVF goes next month. But, it can't hurt, that is for sure.

I'll third that as long as you mean that the vets can get off the board too- as long as they come back and continue to help others (as we all should, no matter how long we've been here)
