I feel so terrible
I feel so bad.
I came home stressed, picked up my favorite sweats off the floor and realized that they were covered in cat piss!!
I flipped out, grabbed my cat and shoved his face in it and yelled at him ( I dont even know if that works with cats)
he ran under the bed and cried. he's still under there.
I feel so terrible, I just got so mad.
He tends to pee on things from time to time, I think it's because the litterbox isnt up to his standards. It's an automatic litter box so it's not like its dirty, he wants the litter changed I guess. I took him to the vet the last time he did this and they said he was fine.
Please don't yell at me, I just need to tell someone.
I feel soo bad.

I wont yell but I will tell you that shoving an animals face dog or cat in pee doesn't make them not do it again.
We all get stressed out it happens. Im sure I've done things to rudy I shouldn't have to when I got really mad at him.
Maybe you can invest in another cheap litter box and put it in a different place so if he doesn't like the automatic one day cause the litter needs to be changed he will go to the other box.

I agree with Kristin. Try getting him a second litter box, that may help.

Thank you. That's a good suggestion.
I changed out his litterbox and gave him a special can of food that he likes.
He was probably very freaked, I never touch him except to give him pets and love .
I know he'll forgive me by tomorrow.
I'm just torturing myself over this.

Stop beating yourself up. He knows who his Mommy is. We all lose our temper. he will be back to normal before you know it!

Don't be so hard on yourself...just try to make it up to him. He will still love you. That is why animals are so precious...their love is unbelievable
