anyone experienced with L&D at Good Sam?
I was just put in the hospital from the ER on friday nite, because of that dumb salmonella, ive been sick as a dog for 8 days..anyway the ER was HOPELESS...and my room was slightly um dirty...the ONLY thing that saved this place was MY OB who was already there delivering babies, and the plasma on my bedroom wall that i didnt even turn on cause i felt like if i did, it meant i was committing to staying there longer than i wanted lol...
please tell me SOMEONE has delivered there, and that its clean and nice nice like winthrop and all the other hospitals ive been in when i lived in Nassau County...
anyone?????

I delivered at Good Sam in Nov 2007 and will again this Nov. I have nothing but positive things to say about L & D.

I will be delivering there in Feb. I chose that hospital b/c my 3 sisters delivered there and a bunch of friends. They have an amazing NICU unit in case of anything.

i had my son there last july and will be having this one there in March (hopefullly feb ) i had such a wonderful experience, the nurses were wonderful, informative, and helpful- i have no worries about l&d (other than pain).
