Its 5:30 and no call re: my beta!
Come on!!! At least put me out of my misery so I can stop taking the progesterone and estrogen. Should I call the nurse line or is it normal for Dr. K to call so late?

Check your answering machine or voicemail. If there are no messages call...you should have heard by 4 p.m. one way or the other.

Thanks- I have no messages on either. I left a message with the on-call. I am a little ticked off as everyone has said the dr calls personally, is that only when its a bfp? I would think they would be even more sensitive about it when its a bfn.

 I've heard he calls for both. (Though hoping he's calling to tell you you have a BFP!!!  ) I have been checking the board and FM ALL day waiting for an update from you!!!

Nothing! Not even a call back from the nurse line. I am pi$$ed. This is really unfair to do to someone. I will give them until 7pm and then I will call back.

Thanks Shannon- well you inspired me to call back. The answering service cannot get a hold of the nurse I am thinking that even if they reach her I will not get my beta until tomorrow. I am sure she will not have any info. I will be leaving one ****** off message at LI IVF in the morning. I think this is terrible!

I got a call really late for my second beta... I want to say it was like 6pm and I was DYIINNGGG.
Apparently there were A LOT of phone calls to make.
Dr. K called me with both positive and negative betas

I'm sorry Amanda. Can they get thru to Dr. K? That's not fair of them to make you wait!!! Is it the same answering service at PJ, Melville and Lake Success? This is so frustrating! I'd be leaving them a ticked off message too if I were you!

also.. the office had closed/answerig service was activated and Dr K still called personally so Im sure you will get your call before the end of the day!

This is definitely too late - that's ridiculous.
Dr. B did not call me until around 5:30 pm and I started calling around 4:00 to bug them...they told me they had a lot of calls to make, but approaching 7 pm is unacceptable.
