Re: Asking Employer to Change IF Benefits

I'm our plan admin. So, I guess it never hurts to ask, the worst that can happen is they say no. They probably need to go and find out what the monthly premium would be if they took that option. It may be a small or large increase. We have Oxford and while playing around with the renewal options, only if I did a pharmacy co-pay (or not) did I notice a real change in the monthly premium.

If they are making any changes now, maybe this is something they never even thought of. Its an employee benefit and it may be small pennies for this great benefit. Ask.

Good luck.

Re: Asking Employer to Change IF Benefits

If yo0u go on the INCIID website they have a letter for this purpose. Even if you don't want to use it you can maybe get some ideas
