Are these things still "cool"

I had one in 1995 but I would never wear it today.

I noticed this on someones myspace. The date is 06 and it was an album marked 2008,

omg I have one with both of our names and I love you and the date...it's SO big and SO tacky! I can't even take it lol....I have it in my jewelry box and look at it and laugh.

God I always wanted one of those!!!!! all of my friends had this in the 80's. I think they are so cool. I would wear it with a sexy dress and some hot shoes just for fun one night. There is something so cool about it..

My friend just sold all of her gold jewelry like that from her ex, and she got over $400 for it! But, if it is from the person you are married to, then it may be hard to part with! Fashion cycles so the necklace will probably be very "in" soon! Start the trend!

LOL I remember my friend had one and it was like her full name and the 2 hearts and her BF's name....OMG I have to ask her if she still has it!

OMG, i had one of these in the 90's form an old boyfriend. are girls still wearing these i sold mine years ago

i had to BEG DH (then just BF) not to buy me one of those. He wanted to...sooo badly....but I told him I was just too simple to wear something that big.

His sister has a huge one that says "I love you", both of their names, AND the date. She still wears it...

i never had one of those, i always thought they were so tacky!

however, i do have a name plate that i still wear... it's thin and i don't *think* it's very gaudy at all. i could be wrong but i love it

OH MY GOD - i just saw a photo today of someone wearing a DOUBLE HEART RING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I haven't seen them in AGES!!!!

They were cool in 1992 .......if you want to try to bring in back a la Carrie Bradshaw, I say go for it ......although I admit I would point and laugh @ you

I assume you mean me, 'cause that's the expression I used. Like I said, I don't own one, but if I did, I'd totally rock it, without a thought to who was in my wake pointing & laughing. You seem fashionable & confident; I hope you'd do the same. I hate wearing the same trends that everyone wears because they're "safe" and vetted by some numbskull celebrity for the year.
