Car seat inspection
When is a good tiime to install the car seat base....I am 34.5 weeks...is it too early to install it?...and should I make an appt. to get it inspected?

I say it isnt too early. Get it done and out of the way now so it is one more thing to cross off the list.

Go to safeny.com and click on "Child Passenger Safety for Parents". It will get you to all of the locations where they do inspections. We called many of them and they arent doing them til late this month or even NEXT month. So if you are inclined to do it, sign up now. One of the police departments told me it was not law, but highly suggested. Our appointment is on the 18th and thats cutting it really close to my due date.

Just so you know, for the one at Schneiders, you need an appointment. When I went to call them, they were out of the office and the recording said they were not accepting any more appointments.

I saw your link. I am giong to show up there anyways to try b/c on the link I had it doesn't say to call for appts. It doesn't even have a phone number. Maybe Ill print it out too! If not, I will go to a police station hopefully!
