10DPO???

Can someome help me figure out how you know when you are at 10DPO??

I'm totally clueless about this.

if you are monitoring your O date (date of ovulation) using either CM, cervical position, or OPKs, then you can estimate the date you O'd - although it's never exact.

for example, the month i got PG, i got a positive OPK on CD 13. that day, my cervix was high and soft.

the next night, my cervix was low and tight, and i had no CM, so i knew that i had O'd - so my O date was CD 14. for me, 10DPO was CD 24.

It depends on you and your cycle. How long is your cycle? Do you know how long your luteal phase (time b/w O and AF) is?

I had a 28 day cycle and i O'd on CD 15. so for me, 10DPO was CD 25.

it can vary from person to person though - some girls could have a 28 day cycle and O on CD 12, others could O on CD 18...depending on their LP.

I found the OPK to be helpful in tracking my cycles.

I hope i explained this well enough. I know what i wanted to say, but had a hard time writing it out. Hope it helped a little bit..
