I am so, so, so miserable this week!!!!!!!!
I have the most ferocious head cold and I just don't know what to do anymore!!! It all started Sunday night and every day is worst than the last. I'm hardly sleeping because I absolutely cannot breathe. I called the OB in desperation and they said Sudafed was okay to have so I've taken that twice now and it's done nothing!! Nose spray......nothing!! I'm just SO uncomfortable and SO miserable. This is torture!!!!! Okay, just had to vent. Thanks!!!

Awww, Kristen I'm so sorry you don't feel well  Try some tea and rest on the couch (which I am sure you are tired of). Your body is working in overdrive, so take it easy and you will start to feel better!!!

Thanks guys. I've been on the couch most of the week figuring the more I rest the quicker this will pass but so far I'm not really getting any better. I know it can't last forever but it's just so hard at this point in pregnancy to be sick. You're already uncomfortable and to not be able to breathe on top of it is the worst. Thanks again!!

I don't feel well either...I have a really bad ear ache and I've been congested for about two weeks.
It really stinks...only 8 more weeks...it can't go any faster

I am SO with you..........as much as I've enjoyed being pregnant I sure hope these last 8 weeks fly by.

I'm so sorry you're not feeling well. I feel your pain...I had the worst head cold for 2 weeks and u know what the biggest help was......Vicks Vaporizer. It's like 20 bucks at Rite Aid and you pour the vicks menthol in it. Let it steam in your bedroom/living room for 10-15 mins and you will be feeling SOO MUCH BETTER. That is the only way I was able to get to sleep for weeks!
Try it. Also, it's great for the baby when they're little. It takes the dryness out of the air and allows them to sleep so much better.
My mom used it with me and said i slept like an angel. It can't hurt!
