sorry to hear you are having trouble. I dont have any personal experience but i can tell you that each time my sister had a child, the dog would pee on something in the house for about a week. it stopped and everything went back to normal. the dog loves those children.
I did read in a dog book, that if a dog is having trouble with a new baby, you should only pay attention to the dog when the baby is in the room. This way the dog associates the baby with something good. I dont know if it works. good luck.
