craaaaamps...
I just went downstairs at work to use the copy machine and the cramps came on full force! I am sitting in my office with my giant bottle of water hoping this will pass sooner than later....

I am sure they are. I have been getting them and I talked to the dr. about it. He said as long as they are not 5-8 minutes apart, I am fine. They are more annoying than anything else.
