What if my bosses ask me what my plans are?
I am freaking out!!!!
I will not be coming back here because I will be working for DH. I might leave sooner then later but what do I tell them if they ask me?

Tell them you don't know yet but you will let them know as soon as you do. I wouldnt give any more information than you have to.

That is all I told mine for now. I have not intentions of coming back and am not really sure when I want to go out. But I told them that we are not sure what we are going to do yet........

Totally illegal to fire you for being pregnant. They don't have to offer you FMLA unless they have more than 50 employees but they cannot fire you for being PG.

Same here. The state of FL will give me 12 weeks out and I will be going out on ST-Disability. They do know I am taking the 12 weeks. So far all I told my boss is not really sure of when my official last day will be for when I start my leave.

No I don't get anything. I work PT.
You don't have to tell them anything, but you might want to let them know your plans at least a month or two before you leave so they have enough time to hire a replacement.

I work p/t as well. I still get disability. I would let them believe you have intentions of returning after a few months and then just tell them you don't have the child care, or it's too much work with 2 children and had a change of heart.

I agree, give as little info as possible. I was caught off guard a few weeks ago when approached out of no where, he goes so you are working until the end right... I'm like well we haven't decided when my last day will be but I'll let you know
